Former head of Beat Games recorded fitness track for Beat Saber – review

Quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic brought a lot of problems, and one of them is reduced opportunities to play sports and lead an active lifestyle. But instead of jogging and going to the gym, it’s quite possible to use some games.

Yaroslav Beck, former head of the studio Beat gamesrecorded a special track for a virtual action movie Beat saber. It is called Fitbeat and should serve as a substitute for fitness exercises due to the fact that you have to move a lot. At one time, Beck left the studio specifically for music.

As the developers admitted, they argued for a long time about how to name the new track. The names Racing for Toilet Paper, Quaranqueen (Quarantine Queen), and even Ow My Arms (Oh My Hands) were considered options.
Fitbeat track can be downloaded for free by all game owners for Steam, Oculus and PSVR. And you can buy a game for 515 rubles.
