“Enough tolerating this!” – Players are disappointed with the classic Jill Valentine costume in the Resident Evil 3 remake

Today, fans of the horror genre have a real holiday – a remake of the cult took place Resident evil 3. And while some of the players are enjoying the hot news, some users send a heap of angry letters to the developers from Capcom. The reason for the next scandal was an additional costume of the main character, a police officer Jill valentine, which could only be obtained by pre-ordering. The outfit is made in the style of the original project – in appearance it seems that the girl is dressed in a blue top and a black miniskirt, as opposed to the image from the new version, where Jill wears jeans and a T-shirt. but the root of the problem lies in the fact that the so-called “classic suit” has one small but critical flaw – the “miniskirt” here – the so-called “skorts” (shorts covered with a skirt), which is especially noticeable in some cutscenes.

Of course, the Capcom solution quickly attracted the attention of the public. Some gamers rushed to express their disappointment on social networks.

“The classic Jill costume, which is given for the pre-order of Resident Evil 3, is NOT at all” classic. “Instead, skirts are now running. Apparently, the ethics committee is back in business …”

Some users were so furious that they even began to think about the possibility of filing a lawsuit against the developers based on the fact of false advertising.

“Resident Evil 3 was censored, the skirt was removed from the game. # NemoyAjill # NemoyaSkorty # SkirtlessThisNonJill.”

“Enough tolerating this”.

“The left and California are to blame. They must be directly blamed for this.”

“These goats cheated on us!”

Gradually, the parade of anger reached including Sony, which in recent years has been paying close attention to censoring “inappropriate” content. But the fact of Sony’s involvement in the Capcom solution is not confirmed – the costume looks the same way on all platforms.

“Naher Sony! I played on PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS4, but now I’m leaving for PC! I will never buy a PS5 after all this crap!”, Another user shared with the sore.

At the time of this writing, Capcom representatives had no reaction to the situation.
