Dynamic Paramo Map with Active Volcano and Ranked Solo Mode: PUBG Season 9 Details Revealed

Battle Royale Developers PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds in a new overview video, we talked in detail about the innovations that await players very soon along with the launch of the 9th season of the game.

The highlight of Update 9.1 is the land located in the highlands of South America. Paramo – a 3 by 3 km map with a dynamic environment new to PUBG. This system modifies the location between matches, so each landing in Paramo will give players a new sensation. The map is already available on test servers of the PC version, and on consoles it will be possible to test it on October 19.

Features of the Paramo card

  • Play area with an area of ​​3 by 3 km with dynamically changing areas;
  • 64 players;
  • Troops and 3rd person view only;
  • No red zones;
  • The blue zone shrinks slowly, but even in the early stages of the game it deals increased damage compared to other cards;
  • Motorcycles are the only transport available in Paramo. They can usually be found near small villages.

Season 9 officially kicks off October 21 on PC (Steam) and October 29 on Xbox One, PS4 and Stadia.
