Dark Alliance rated lower than Biomutant – review addiction

Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance is practically assaulting its own sword. Singleplayer is mediocre at best, trophies are boring and battles often stumble due to minor but important issues. The game is pursued at every step by a legion of problems and threatens to bring everything down at any moment. In all these aspects, the Dark Alliance must face the fate of a mediocre video game.

However, Tuque Games appears to have rolled a 20 on the saving throw because none of those failures ruin the game. Combat takes some getting used to, and grouping is harder than it should be, but Dark Alliance nevertheless remains an exciting adventure from start to finish.
