Consoles never dreamed of this: Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, Blacks Ops: Cold War, RDR2, Forza Horizon 4 and other games launched in 8K on RTX 3090

Although 8K is still a long way from becoming mainstream, the recently released graphics card GeForce RTX 3090 is already capable of launching the latest gaming innovations in UHD, including Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and many others.

Last month, WCCFtech published a demonstration of how The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Horizon: Zero Dawn look in 8K on PC, and today the same portal has collected another collection of videos with popular games in ultra-high resolution on RTX 3090. Up to the coveted 60 FPS 8K is still far away, but to NVIDIA’s credit, most of the games we tested run on the company’s current flagship with a fairly stable 30 FPS at ultra graphics settings

At the same time, thanks to technology DLSS Ultra Performance in the same Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War can actually get around 60fps with 8K ray tracing enabled. The rest of the results are below.
