Comparison of graphics, opening and retro skins: SEGA held a presentation of Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown

Company SEGA made a Japanese presentation Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown (Virtua Fighter eSports), during which they showed an extended Japanese trailer and an introductory video of the updated fighting game.

A comparative trailer was also presented, clearly showing the difference in graphics between the original VF5 and the reissue.

The developers not only pulled up the resolution, but transferred the game to the Dragon Engine from the last parts of Yakuza, along with updated models of fighters, arenas and cinematics.

In addition, DLC was announced on the stream entitled Legendary Pack, which will be released along with the updated fighting game and will sell for $ 10.

The add-on will add alternative retro skins for each character from the roster in the style of the original 1993 Virtua Fighter, as well as a classic user interface that replaces redesigned health bars and on-screen hints with those from the very first game.

The release of the game itself will take place 1st June only for Playstation 4PS Plus subscribers get the fighting game for free
