CD Projekt share price drops 25% after Cyberpunk 2077 re-porting

Cyberpunk 2077 has been in the news quite often lately, and many of them have not been the most positive. Reports of ongoing crunches and the third relocation of the game in the past few months have had a direct impact on the value of CD Projekt.

According to GamesIndustry.biz, after the peak reached at the end of August, the share price of the Polish company fell by 25%… The rise came at the time of the announcement of a mobile AR game The Witcher: Monster Slayer… Then the market capitalization of the company was 42.4 billion zlotys, which is about 9.6 billion eurosbased on a price of almost 461 zł per share.

However, on Thursday, the share price fell to PLN 331. This is the lowest level since April 2023.

As of this writing, CD Projekt shares are trading at PLN 344, which is still 25% lower than during the August peak. The current market capitalization of the Polish company is PLN 33.14 billion, which is equivalent to 8.3 billion euros
