In the morning Capcom launched open beta Resident Evil Re: Versebut the early players immediately ran into trouble finding matches.
For several hours the developers tried to fix the difficulties with the servers turned on, but in the end they were solved disable until further notice. Most likely, the period of open testing due to “downtime” will be extended.
Re: Verse is a competitive Resident Evil game available for free to all RE Village owners. The leaked documents of Capcom discussed plans to release the project separately on a shareware model – but now it is given only with the eighth part.
Resident Evil Village launches May 7 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC. RE Re: Verse will appear on the same day, but formally only on PS4, Xbox One and PC – on new consoles, the action is available for backward compatibility.
