Call of Duty: Modern Warfare suddenly received three new maps – one of them was a remake of Killhouse from the classic MW

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare suddenly got three new network cards after four months ago Activision has stopped content support for the game.

New locations appeared in the shooter today along with the update of the second season of the Warzone battle royale… One of them is a remake of the map Killhouse from the classic Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. It’s available on the 24/7 Mosh Pit playlist.

The other two are Al-raab airbase for the “6 by 6” mode and Drainage for the “Shootout” mode. Both are currently only available in private matches.

Activision and Infinity Ward had no advance warning of plans to add maps to Modern Warfare. There are no patch notes or indications as to whether there is anything else new to appear in the game at this time either.

The final, sixth season ended in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare in December, after which Activision focused on Black Ops: Cold War and Warzone. Until today, it was believed that the publisher left the content support for the shooter, but the latest news says that the game has not yet been completely forgotten.
