Borderlands 3 and Ori and the Will of the Wisps successfully debuted on Steam – review

Two major games were released on Steam this week: Ori and the Will of the Wisps and Borderlands 3. The latter reached the Valve store six months later than the Epic Games Store.

How did both new products show themselves? If hardly anyone worried about the Microsoft and Moon Studios platformer, because this is a direct continuation of the beloved by millions of Ori and The Blind Forest, then one could doubt the well-being of the temporarily exclusive shooter for EGS.

In general, judging by the peak online of both titles, they started successfully.

The sequel “Ori” was simultaneously played 34 807 peoplewhich, given the availability in the Microsoft Store and the Xbox Game Pass subscription, is an excellent result. The peak was recorded on the day of release, March 11, but even today, March 14, online did not go down much. Now it is 30 thousand people.

Borderlands 3, which is sold at a 50% discount until March 20, is still better: peak online has already exceeded 56 thousand and continues to grow rapidly. Today is a day off, so the figure may still increase significantly.
