Blood and Titanium Phoenix Point Supplement Adds Cyborgs and Implants – review

Studio Snapshot games released the first paid addition to the strategy Phoenix point. It got the name Blood and titanium and opens up new exploration opportunities for players.

Now, in addition to mutations, one can study augmentations that make cyborgs a soldier. This is a more resource-intensive modification, which requires knowledge and spare parts. In addition, cyborgs cannot be treated like mutants, their implants have to be repaired, spending resources again.

You can install two augmentations for all your fighters, adding bionic improvements. As a result, we get hybrid soldiers, immune to bleeding and resistant to viruses, paralysis and poisons. However, bionics is weak against acid attacks.

At the same time as the paid add-on, the developers released a free update. Leviathan. It adds another faction, Forsaken. These are exiles from the religious order of “Adepts of Anu”: they were punished for modifying their bodies with alien mutations.

Additionally, the developers changed the balance of difficulty levels. Now simple modes are even simpler, and complex ones are even harder.
