Biostar’s new motherboard features APU Bristol Ridge – review

Biostar announced the imminent release of the motherboard A10N-9630E Mini-ITX format. It works with the AMD A10-9630P hybrid processor, which belongs to the old 28-nanometer family. This chip got four cores Excavator with a frequency of 2.6 to 3.3 GHz and graphics Radeon R5. The heat packet is 35 watts.

Along with this rather old processor, there are two DDR4-2400 memory slots (up to 32 GB). There is also a PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot, two SATA 6 Gb / s ports and a single M.2 for SSD.

The network is represented by a gigabit slot Realtek RTL8111H, Realtek ALC887 is responsible for sound processing. The board supports integrated graphics; there are HDMI and VGA connectors for output. Two USB 3.2 Gen1 and USB 2.0 ports are also available.

Prices have not yet been specified. Note that this is not the first such board from Biostar. Previously, they released a model with the LGA 1155 socket.
